Flexible graphite spiral wound gasket is a pure graphite product made from natural scale like high carbon graphite, which has been processed and refined through special chemical and physical treatment. In addition to maintaining the excellent properties of natural flake graphite, it mainly possesses excellent characteristics such as softness, resilience, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, radiation resistance, and thermal conductivity. Its material is woven from low sulfur expanded graphite wire, reinforced with cotton yarn lining. It has an extremely low coefficient of friction, will not wear the pump shaft and valve stem, and has good thermal conductivity, chemical corrosion resistance, and high resilience. The graphite wound gasket root is processed and woven from flexible graphite composite coils. Mainly used for static and dynamic sealing of valves, pumps, and pipeline connections. This product has the characteristics of wide applicability, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, long service life, self-lubricating, and bottom friction coefficient, making it particularly suitable for use in harsh media conditions.
