It is generally difficult to find such asbestos free gaskets because universal CAF not only has high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, but CFS rubber fiber board is mainly made of aramid nitrile rubber board with high oil resistance. And corrosion resistance requires the use of polytetrafluoroethylene materials, while high-temperature industrial and mining mostly use graphite materials.
2) Why is CFS more brittle and prone to breakage than CAF?
The proportion of fibers in CFS is low, and the filling material content is high, while the fiber content in CAF is generally 70-80%, maintaining good tensile strength.
